Another recipe I got from Emeril Lagasse. I have many dishes in my kitchen that I use this for so I just mix up a batch and store it in a glass jar. I buy the granulated onion and garlic when I can because the humidity can cause the spice mix to clump when using the powders. If you mix clumps up just mix it up to break it back up or send it through a sieve.
|2.5tbsp||paprikasweet or hot|
|2tbsp||garlic granules or powder|
|1tbsp||ground black pepper|
|1tbsp||onion granules or powder|
|1tbsp||dried leaf oregano|
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
